Brilliant Manna Stars Mastermind
OUR PURPOSE is to be phenomenal business builders!
CODE of HONOR
1.
Be willing “to call and to be called” and to celebrate all wins.
2.
Keep all agreements and be in integrity. That means honor your word and do what you say you are going to do.
3.
Each member brings a positive mental attitude to every call. DETAILS: Anyone that focuses on negativity will absolutely be asked to resign. To be personally responsible for all actions and emotions. Deal directly with all issues or problems. If you have a problem with someone, then go directly to that person or get off it. Be resourceful and find solutions; do not dump toxic emotions and thoughts onto anyone. 95% of our time will be spent on solutions; not the problem. We will discuss what is working best for everyone!
4.
Being present and punctual for our Mastermind calls is mandatory. DETAILS: One must truly do everything in their power to attend and be on time for theses calls. If one is going to be late or miss a Mastermind call then that person will email the team or phone a team member prior to the call. These calls are high priority and account for less than 1% of your week. Unless the circumstances are exceptional, no excuses are allowed! A member of the Mastermind that will be on holidays, will inform the team, and be excused from the Mastermind calls for the length of their holiday. The reason that we do this is to focus on the value of BALANCE.
5.
Every Monday at 11 am EST we will meet for 20 – 40 minutes. DETAILS: The agenda is in 3 main mastermindsections. Part I: As a team we read “Our Purpose” and the 8 Mastermind Principles together to start the call. Part II: The next 5 minutes of the call, each member will speak their ACCOUNTABILITY, which is to take no longer than 30 seconds; state the number of new people that you shared with in the last week, as well as the number of new associates that you got started on the Wellness for Life or 5 Month Cellular Health Plans in the last week. Part III: The remaining minutes will be split evenly between members. Each member will be given 4 minutes that will be used decisively, expediently, and in a focused manner. Leaders make quick decisions. A) Start by sharing your ONE win for the week or a sincere or genuine insight, which could be about something external to the team or a member of the Mastermind team. B) Share a challenge or opportunity that you had since the last meeting and ask for the support that you would like. C) State your intention, short or long term, with passion! The Mastermind team will verbally reflect back to that person their intention. (e.g. I am a Silver Presidential Director walking across the stage in front of 10,000 associates at MannaFest 2007!) The Chairman of the call will monitor the time being used by each member.
Verbalizing our intentions each week is important for 3 primary reasons:
1) It puts the Universe on notice and gets the unseen forces conspiring for your success
2) It strengthens that member's commitment to their intention
3) It reminds the other members of that member's goal and sets the framework for discussion of the problem / opportunity that member is bringing to the table
6.
The intentions of the team come before the individual. DETAILS: Loyalty to the team is a requirement! Support your teammates mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. For instance, if someone does not accomplish their intentions for the Business Period then we, as a Mastermind TEAM, find out why not, and the WHY and HOW they will accomplish their goals for the next Business Period.
7.
The exit strategy and removal system will be honored and enforced by the Chairman of our  accountabilityMastermind. DETAILS: Repetitive negative behaviors and regularly breaking the rules of the Mastermind will not be tolerated.
8.
To be a member of this Mastermind, it is mandatory to agree to this Code of Honor. DETAILS: It is encouraged that the new member reads the book “The ABC’s of Building a Business Team That Wins” by Blair Singer.
